Your sanctuary is private. Other systems, supporters, and anyone who is not signed into your account cannot see it, and that is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface. If you want to let one person in, a therapist, a partner, a friend, you can, and it starts from nothing. You choose each category they are allowed to see, you can set it differently for one supporter than for the rest, and any member you mark private stays invisible to them no matter what else you share. Your data is yours to take: download all of it as a file at any time, and delete your account and everything in it for good when you want out.

The community is a feed and a set of rooms. You see posts from systems you have connected with, you can join public rooms or start your own, and you can talk one to one or in a group. Every public post has to carry a content warning decision before it will post, and it will not go up without one. You decide who is allowed to reach you, down to which of your members a given connection can message. Turn the whole community off whenever you like, and your private sanctuary is left exactly as it was.

Two things watch the community, and I want you to know how, because a place like this only works if we are honest about it. First, you can report any post or profile, and a real person reads every report. Second, an automated check reads what you post in the community, the feed, rooms, comments, and polls, as it goes up. If it flags something, like hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or sexual content in a shared space, that post is hidden right then, before anyone else sees it, and sent to a person to look at. You still see your own held post the whole time; others do not, until a human clears it and puts it back. Talking about your own crisis, or your own hard day, is never flagged, on purpose. The full list of what the check covers lives in the community guidelines. Your private journals and direct messages do not go through it.

Uploaded files are checked too, and malware or sexually explicit images are removed on the spot, automatically, because a little must never open one by accident. There is a guard so a group cannot bury someone under a wave of reports, and brand new accounts wait a day before they can post. A system that keeps breaking the rules gets a temporary pause from the community, then a permanent one, and that only ever touches the community. Banned from the feed, you keep your members, your journals, and your history, and you can still reach us to appeal.

Invalidation, fakeclaiming, and gatekeeping are not tolerated here. Endogenic, median, traumagenic, and fictive systems are all welcome on the same terms. There is no clinical language anywhere in the app, and crisis resources are one tap away on every page, signed in or not.

A few optional features use AI to summarise your own logged activity: a catch-up for a member who has been away, a short summary of the day, a recent-activity summary you can hand to a therapist. That is all they do. They repeat back what was already logged, in plain words, and they do not interpret feelings, give advice, or ask what caused a switch. Each one is off until you turn it on, and each only ever uses the data of members who chose to be included, one member at a time. Any member can take themselves out at any time. Your content is never sold, and it is never used to train AI models. The writing prompts in the journal are not AI at all: they come from a fixed library written and reviewed by hand.

Systems aged 13 to 17 are welcome, and their own tools are entirely theirs, with no guardian looking into their private space. In the community, an adult account and a 13 to 17 account cannot connect or send each other direct messages, in either direction. The one deliberate exception is a supporter a young person chooses for themselves: the two can message, and every message is screened for grooming patterns and fails closed if something is off. In the community, 13 to 17 systems take part in the feed the same way anyone else does: they read, react, post, comment, vote, and report what needs reporting. Group chats are age-matched at the door, so everyone in one shares the same age bracket when they join, and someone who turns 18 inside a group keeps the friends they already had. Rooms marked 18+ never show for them, private rooms show only when they are made for 13 to 17 systems, and 13 to 17 systems do not moderate rooms. Posts tagged as sexually explicit are held back from them. Conversations about hard things still reach them behind content warnings, because seeing that other people came through the same thing is part of why a place like this is worth having.

For now the community is open to 13 to 17 systems in the United States only, because a self-reported age is not strong enough proof to meet some other countries’ rules for younger users. Their private tools work anywhere. Where a young person’s state requires it, a guardian’s consent is recorded before the shared feed opens for them, and that is a single recorded fact that gives no one a way into their private space.

The tools for running your system are free, and they are meant to stay free. This is not a trial that turns into a bill. If any part ever has to be paid for, it will be the AI features, since those cost real money every time they run. Everything else does not, so everything else stays free.
